Course Agenda
Candidates should have a knowledge and understanding of the following items prior to any CPCS testing.
- Carrying out pre start and running checks on machine
- How to prepare and travel a machine over varying terrain
- How to manoeuvre an excavator in a confined space
- How to set up a machine and carry out various excavations to a given tolerance
- Load vehicles
- Grade, Spread and level material to requirements
- Remove and reattach bucket
- Place machine in and out of service condition
- Loading and unloading procedures
- Theory Testing
- Practical Testing
