Experienced Operators (Training covering Theory & Practical) – 2 Days

Experienced Operators Test Only (No Training) – 1 Day

Course Agenda

Candidates should have a knowledge and understanding of the following items prior to any CPCS testing.

• • Pre start and running checks on machine
  • How to prepare and travel a machine over varying terrain
  • How to manoeuvre in a confined space whilst carrying loads
  • Travel over rough, undulating ground, steep inclines and level surfaces – loaded and unloaded
  • Position to receive loads
  • Ensure load integrity and security
  • Transfer loads to different Locations
  • Discharge loads into trenches and over edges
  • Place machine in and out of service condition
  • Park the Dumptruck and carry out shutdown and secure procedures
  • Theory Testing
  • Practical Testing
