Our History

All Plant Training
(The South's original Plant Training Centre)

All Plant Training was established in 1995 by Steve Parker, to deal with a short fall of certificated plant operators within the construction industry.

Steve Parker held the position of Managing Director for 20 years of a Groundwork's and Civil engineering company employing in excess of 60 employees, and working on major contracts throughout Southern England.

Whilst working on major contracts Steve identified a need for certificated plant operators within the construction/plant and agriculture industries to comply with Health and Safety and Insurance company guidelines.

1995 - Steve and James Parker completed Instructional Techniques Training with CITB and All Plant Training was formed as a CTA provider offering safety awareness and training for plant operators

1997 - All Plant Training gained accreditation from City & Guilds of London Institute to offer Streetworks Excavation and Reinstatement (6156) to allow issue of licences for both Supervisors and Operatives to legally work within the highway.

2003 - Due to industry requirements the CTA scheme changed to CPCS and following accreditation All Plant Training was established as a CPCS Provider.

2005 -All Plant Training obtained accreditation with Construction Awards Alliance (CAA) to provide NVQ's for Plant Operators to gain their CPCS card and to site operatives to gain their CSCS cards.

2007 - All Plant Training relocated to new HQ 'Tower Court' Manning's Heath Road Poole, Dorset.

2008 - All Plant Training gained accreditation as a CPCS test centre at 'Beacon Hill' Poole to confirm to new industry requirements

2010 - All Plant Training gained accreditation as a SQA Approved Centre for renewal of Streetworks qualifications

2011 - All Plant Training gained accreditation for a new CPCS test centre based at 'Knighton Sandpit' Newchurch, Isle of Wight

Over the years All Plant Training has now become a firmly established family run company investing in providing training requirements for all industry needs and in maintaining an up to date fleet of Plant and machinery, with suitable training facilities in Poole Dorset and Newchurch Isle of Wight.
